You can manage the settings of your company in the Settings menu.

You'll arrive on your company settings.

You'll be able to see:

The company's Name
The frequency of commission calculation (commission calculated monthly or quarterly)
The company Main Currency (the main currency that the company uses to pay the commissions)
The company currencies (all the currencies used for deals/opportunities/sales reps payments)

Note that you can check the currency rates and overwrite them in the Currencies rates management screen.
