Total Commission
Overview
This page presents the achieved commissions on the current period. Refer to the dedicated page for more information.
Payment types
In Amalia, there are different types of payments, depending on the way your payment is configured.
- Immediate payout
- Split payouts: if your plan uses split commissioning, the amount of your commission are split between periods. Example: If you achieved 1000β¬ in September, you'll be paid 500β¬ in September, then 250β¬ in October, then 250β¬ in November.
- Hold And Release: this applies to commissions that are achieved, but will not be paid until a condition is realized. Example: you achieved 1000β¬ on the deal with ACME Corp, but you'll be paid for this deal when ACME Corp actually pays its bills.
- Challenge: if you participated in a challenge and won one of the prices
- Adjustment: your manager manually added or removed some payout from your statement. Example: bonus, malus...
Hold And Release tooltip
If your rule is configured in Hold And Release mode, you can see from the Total Commission screen the current status of the payment: grey if it's locked, and green when unlocked. The tooltip gives you the forecast or the payment date if available.
Paid
The Paid view shows you the commissions that are payed on the current period.
Remaining
The Remaining view shows the payments that will be paid later than the current period. You'll find there the commissions that were split or held commissions which are awaiting their unlocking.
You also have the Forecast Payment Date if your admin enabled it. The icon is green when the current statement is behind the forecast date, orange when the forecast is in the current period, and red if it's behind.
